Chiengmai Gymkhana Club, with its 9 hole course is located in the centre of the city of Chiang Mai. Chiengmai Gymkhana Club was founded 1898 and is the oldest sports club in Thailand. A social sporting club with golf, tennis, squash, cricket and other sports as well as a bar and restaurant, the Chiengmai Gymkhana Club welcomes new members as well as non members.
Greenfee: 300 B (9 holes), 600 B (18 holes). Mae Jo Golf Club
Mae Jo Golf Club, an 18 hole par 72 Championship golf course almost in the middle of Chiang Mai Town. Situated right behind Mae Jo University, the course is less than 30 kilometers or only 20 minutes drive mostly along the divided highways from the airport.

Royal Chiangmai Golf Resort located some 30 minutes pleasant drive from Chiangmai, is a mountain retreat of serenity and harmony. Gassan Khuntan Golf & Resort is located in Mae Tha, 45km from Chiang Mai city centre and Chiang Mai International Airport. Gassan Khuntan is a challenging golf course, where each fairway and green has been expertly groomed to provide you with a golfing experience of a life time.

Gassan Lake City Golf & Resort is located south east of Chiang Mai in Ban Thi, a 20 min drive from the Chiang Mai city centre and Chiang Mai International Airport. Gassan Marina Golf Club Resort is located south east of Chiang Mai in Ban Thi, a 20 min drive from the Chiang Mai city centre and Chiang Mai International Airport. Gassan Marina Golf Club has been built around Chiang Mai’s largest lake with breath taking views of mountains. Gassan Marina has sweeping fairways, water hazards and a mass of bunkers to keep all golfers happy and challenging.

Chiang Mai Highlands Golf & Spa Resort is located in a truly awe-inspiring hilly setting in Mae On, approximately a 40 minutes drive from Chiang Mai City. The golf course features what some describe as "the best greens" in Thailand, and the bunkers are deep and severly penalizing to errant shots. Chiang Mai Highlands is definitely worth a visit as the scenery is spectacular with the golf providing a challenging but fun afternoon.

Only 30 minutes from Chiang Mai centre, this Dennis Griffiths & Associates designed course offers a challenging round. The long, flat terrained course has wide open fairways with water hazards lurking at each hole and a fair share of bunkers. The greens and fairways are kept in superb condition, but due to little shade, early morning or later afternoon tee offs are preferable.

Chiang Mai Lamphun Golf Club is located in San Kamphaeng, about an hours drive from Chiang Mai city center. Situated in a natural valley surrounded by hilly countryside, the emphasis is on accuracy due to the clever placement of bunkers and water hazards. The player's game is particularly tested at some holes where the shot to the fairway is sited only through narrow gaps.
Greenfee: Weekdays 1,600 B, Weekends 2,000 B. Lanna Golf Course
Lanna Golf Course, a 27 hole course is situated some 15 minutes from central Chiang Mai. The first 18 holes are laid out on a flat terrain with plenty of foliage, the annexed 9 holes are at the horse riding track. The course is part of a complex comprising horse riding, shooting, swimming pool and tennis courts, something to suit the non golfers in the family.
